I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with the railway station just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the nearby Melbourne City. I also loved the fact that there were many great eateries within walking distance, so I never had to worry about finding a good place to eat. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me when I had trouble with my garage key. The parking facilities on-site were also a huge plus for me.

Although my overall experience was great, there were a couple of minor issues. the curtains in my room didn't keep out the light very well, so I found myself waking up at sunrise.

No smoking policy means pleasant atmosphere in apartment. I like being able to open a window for fresh air. This was excellent. The quietness of the apartment at night ensures a good night's sleep.

Welcoming and helpful receptionistes. Pleasant ambience. Location making shopping and train travel easy. Ground coffee as well as instant, and supplementary milk and sugar readily provided.

Seongja Crowe says, "The bathroon bench is too narrow. It could have been built for wider/longer space to put toiletries on. But that is my only grumble!"

We loved the hotel's location near the railway station with easy access to trains. The rooms were clean, well-appointed with facilities and we appreciated the secure underground parking. The staff were helpful and always there to assist. There were plenty of eating places around, and we found an excellent breakfast spot that was open early and served delicious food. We enjoyed walking around the recreation area and golf course nearby.

I didnt know about the extra 100 fee on top of the price of the hotal. It is ridiculous.

The hotel's modern facilities were impressive, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with plenty of dining options around and a supermarket conveniently nearby. The gym facilities were comprehensive and well-maintained.

The soundproofing in the rooms was a bit of an issue, and the rates for the rooms were somewhat on the expensive side. the windows in the rooms were small, and some might find the lack of comfortable seating options disappointing.

Good clean, modern accommodation in a great cafe and shopping location, a short drive from the beach

Slow elevator

Yes the hotel is very close to the golf course(victoria). Pity about the thai restaurant we ate at that has a chinese cook (no idea!!).The rooms are adequate and nice fittings.

My wife is a housekeeping supervisor for 3 hotels in Canberra. So lots of little things I would not notice...she did.The room was not well vacuumed lots of hair in bathroom,the light fitting cover in bathroom was hanging by 2 clips I was afraid it would fall...to your credit someone came promptly and fixed it.She left a note for the house keeping supervisor. The bin that got collected at exactly 4.45am sounded like the truck and bin was in our room,jolted out of bed we packed up and left early.

Lovely, well-maintained rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location with easy walking access to main shops. Convenient onsite parking. Close to transportation, shopping, and eateries.

As we have stayed previously at Quest Cheltenham we knew ahead that we were on secure ground. Great staff and great facilities. Most of all we love Quest Cheltenham beds! Comfortable and so big you can get lost in them! Thank you Jennifer & Gus

I was pretty impressed whe I go an email to ask what type of beds I wanted in the 3 bedroom apartments. As we had three couples and I advised the hotel of this I was expecting 3 double/king beds ...but no still got the single beds in third bedroom...not sure why they bothered to email to find out.Bit disappointing

Convenient and clean hotel with helpful staff. The hotel was located near many restaurants and cafes, making it easy to find food. the hotel was very clean and the staff were very accommodating. it was a great place to stay for those who are looking for convenience and comfort.

The internet was very slow and expensive. It was frustrating not being able to stream videos or use the internet properly.

3 cards didnt work , tv was unplugged , lady at the desk was helpful

Conveniently located close to family, public transport, shops and restaurants. Quiet, clean apartment and a very comfortable bed. Everything worked as it should and we had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The apartment we had this time (our second stay here) was very dark. Also, parking in the garage is difficult as the car spaces are small, especially for a family-sized vehicle. Hard to get in and out of cars without touching the car next to you.
